Brooks Running
In early 2024, Brooks Running launched a rebrand of their online presence and needed to produce content to support that rebrand. The rebrand called for more authentic and “real” storytelling in their content. I was brought in as a Director and Editor to put together two videos that would support the launch of new products as part of the rebrand. These two videos were training videos and so presented a challenge of educating while also presenting something that felt authentic. The first training video was “Speed training” and the second was “How to train for a 5K.”
In partnership with their in-house creative team and Only Today, a production company based in Portland, I delivered these two videos with the goal of making them feel more engaging and interesting to watch than a typical training video. Where the original scripts had the presenter focused solely on presenting in front of a white board, I mixed in on set dialogue between the trainer and her students to make the training feel more dynamic and authentic.
